Khazoki has chosen I Want It All as his entrance music. bemach bernard could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Alexi Khazoki's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

bernard wants to lay and pray for a moment but Khazoki keeps working.

bernard decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

bernard is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Khazoki is trying to defend against the ground and pound but bernard scores with a couple of nice shots.

Khazoki is looking for a sweep. bernard is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
bernard seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Khazoki does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Khazoki is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of bernard's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take bernard's back!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Khazoki is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. bernard is defending well though. Khazoki let's go of the attempt for now.

Khazoki is looking to control bernard but bernard is wriggling around and keeping busy.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
