And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 10 wins and 16 losses; Volodymyr Kersikov!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Colin Fray and Josh West.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

McDonald closes the distance and clinches.
McDonald drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kersikov pulls his leg out and moves away.

We've been hearing good reports from McDonald's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
