Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paul Sight (ranked 1356 p4p, 1406 weight class) and Krisko Kurtev (ranked 184 p4p, 189 weight class). Paul Sight has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 37 - 43 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Paul Sight!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 32 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Krisko Kurtev!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sight swinging wildly here.
Kurtev feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Sight wants to get back to his feet but Kurtev is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Kurtev with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Kurtev sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Kurtev stands up over Sight, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kurtev keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Sight's head.
Kurtev throwing strikes from guard but Sight blocks nicely.
Kurtev landing with the ground and pound.
Kurtev throws a big elbow that misses.

Sight wants to stand and escape but Kurtev is having none of it.
Kurtev postures up in Sight's guard and throws a big left but Sight blocks it.
Kurtev landing some decent shots from guard.
Kurtev works over Sight with some ground and pound from guard.
Sight utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Sight wants to stand but Kurtev is controlling the position.
Kurtev with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Kurtev controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Sight is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Kurtev dives into side control.
Kurtev lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Sight down.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sight is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Kurtev is controlling him well.
Sight on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Sight is rocked!
Kurtev in side control lands a decent elbow.
Oh Sight is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kurtev scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Sight is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Kurtev can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Krisko Kurtev!
After winning the bout, Krisko Kurtev thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
