Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Macca Outback (ranked 23 p4p, 6 weight class) and Tanaka Matsuda (ranked 3 p4p, 2 weight class). Matsuda has chosen Gojira - Another World as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Macca Outback!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tanaka Matsuda!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matsuda thuds a left hand into Outback's body.
Outback moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Matsuda fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Outback manages to avoid it.
Outback throws a hook but Matsuda avoids it easily.
Matsuda has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Matsuda cracks Outback with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Well Matsuda has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
