Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jack Slim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Remote Control (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, William Gold and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slim throws a series of punches but Control avoids them all with ease.
Slim fails in his attempt to clinch.
Control gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Slim.
It looks like Remote Control has been cut.
Slim misses with a double jab.
Control bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Control creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Slim sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Control is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Slim knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Slim takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Control throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Control slips a jab and a cross from Slim.
Control lands a nice shot that snaps Slim's head back.
Slim takes one to the side of the head.
Slim fails with an attempt to clinch.
Control connects with a looping right hand.
Slim looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Control throws a low kick, looking for Slim's leg but Slim calmly moves out of range.

That was a close round but I would say that Jack Slim will probably get the nod.

Control working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Control is pressing down on Slim's thigh, looking to free his foot. Slim is holding on for now.

Control lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Control looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Slim with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Control is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Slim sees it coming and defends easily.
Control is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Slim is looking for a sweep. Control is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Remote Control comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Control has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
