Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sss Sss (ranked 23982 p4p, 6466 weight class) and Sss Sss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sss Sss has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 14 - 68 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 61 - 22 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Fighter A has his takedown stuffed and Fighter B counters with a body kick. Fighter B feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Fighter B's corner is telling him to maintain position. Fighter A has Fighter B pulled in close to control his posture. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Fighter B is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Fighter B looking to pass the guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Fighter A blocks the body kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Fighter B will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Fighter B looking to score a takedown here. Fighter A is defending well but Fighter B drives through and ends up in Fighter A's guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Fighter B accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Fighter A is trying to control the position but Fighter B postures up. Fighter A being controlled here, momentarily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fighter A swivels though and keeps the full guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Fighter A preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Fighter B shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fighter A pinned against the cage. Fighter A gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! No luck for Fighter A with that takedown attempt. Fighter B follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sss Sss dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Fighter A. Fighter A working away. Fighter A controls the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B wants to control but Fighter A postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fighter B manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Fighter B is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter B not landing any meaningful shots this time. Fighter B with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Fighter A is looking to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Fighter B controlling the action here. Fighter B thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Fighter A's head. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Fighter B.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fighter A fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Fighter A dives in and grabs Fighter B's left leg, looking for a takedown. Fighter B pushes down on Fighter A's head and hops out. Fighter B throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Fighter A was covering up waiting for the punch and Fighter B finishes the takedown easily into guard. Fighter A throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter B controls from within his opponent's guard. Sss Sss has got the better of the ground game so far. Fighter B lands a couple of digs. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter A wants to get back to his feet but Fighter B is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Fighter B seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sss Sss showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Fighter A shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Fighter B is trying to defend but Fighter A finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Fighter A trying to control the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B keeps control of the position for the meantime.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A is looking to stall here but Fighter B recovers full guard. Fighter A is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Fighter A throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Fighter B works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Fighter B wants to stand up but Fighter A is controlling him. Fighter B pulls Fighter A in to control the position.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Fighter A fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fighter B avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fighter A did well to prevent Fighter B getting side control. Fighter B perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter B throwing shots but Fighter A is blocking nicely. Fighter A is looking to control Fighter B's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Fighter A avoid being mounted? Sss Sss is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sss Sss has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter B trying to control the pace.
And that's the end of the fight! Sss Sss comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Fighter B has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
