The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ann fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Ann explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Ann lands a slapping body shot.
Vizcarrondo is breathing heavily.

Oooooh!!! Ann has knocked Vizcarrondo down with a huge combo! Ann steps away and waves a wobbly Vizcarrondo back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Vizcarrondo is rocked!

It looks like Oswaldo Vizcarrondo has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ann connects with a solid leg kick.
Oh Vizcarrondo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ann throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Vizcarrondo tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Ann manages to circle out of the way.
Vizcarrondo seems to have got his legs back now.

Ann lands a big right hand that sends Vizcarrondo crashing to the mat! Ann stays standing though and waves Vizcarrondo back to his feet!
Vizcarrondo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ann.
Ann moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Ann lands a nice hook to Vizcarrondo 's body. Vizcarrondo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Ann feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Vizcarrondo sprawling to the canvas! Vizcarrondo rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Ann finish him?!
Jules Ann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ann scores with a hook to the body. Vizcarrondo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Ann grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Vizcarrondo takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Ann cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jules Ann!
Jules Ann tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
