Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Curtis Jackson (ranked 1903 p4p, 2154 weight class) and Gunna Win (ranked 288 p4p, 321 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Curtis Jackson ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Gunna Win! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Daniel Franklin and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Jackson 's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Jackson won't allow Win to get back to his feet. Jackson wants to control from the top but Win keeps moving. Win preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Win working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jackson . Win is looking to stand up but Jackson isn't so interested in that idea. Jackson throws an elbow that misses. Win uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jackson 's guard. Nice move by Win! Win wants to stand but Jackson is controlling his posture from full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Win is looking to work some ground and pound but Jackson has wrist control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jackson takes a shot right to the bread basket. Win lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Jackson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Jackson misses with a head shot. Jackson is looking to work some ground and pound but Win has wrist control. Jackson keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Win's head. Jackson content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Win keeping moving, preventing Jackson from controlling successfully. Win utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Win preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Jackson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Jackson postures up in Win's guard and throws a big left but Win blocks it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Curtis Jackson will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! No luck with that takedown attempt from Jackson . Jackson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Win as he jumps to the side. Curtis Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Win leaves Jackson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Curtis Jackson . That's going to take a lot out of him. Win stuffs the takedown attempt from Jackson . Jackson gets slowly back to his feet. Jackson looks for a takedown but Win sprawls well. Left hook, right uppercut from Win. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jackson shoots in and drives through. Win sprawls well. Jackson shoots in looking for a takedown but Win manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jackson 's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Win feints a jab promting Jackson to slip. Win then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Jackson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Jackson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Win looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Win tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Jackson presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Win can do anything to dispel that myth. Win wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Jackson .
Win has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. Jackson thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jackson with good strikes from the mount here! Jackson avoids the attempt from Win to control. Jackson putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Win is bucking up trying to escape but Jackson cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Jackson with a couple of short strikes.
Win is rocked! Win is breathing heavily. Jackson lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Win! Jackson sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Win and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
