The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Shimada and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rotten drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Rotten looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Rotten closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Soren to the mat! Soren manages to get full guard.
Rotten is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Rotten won't allow Soren to sweep him here.
Soren is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Rotten dives into side control.
Soren can't do much from the bottom here.
Rotten is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Soren is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Soren tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rotten wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Soren knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rotten on the ground.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Soren prevents Rotten from improving position.
Rotten wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Soren, who protects the arm well.

Soren smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Soren turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Rotten drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Rotten manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Rotten manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Soren manages to get himself to full guard.

Soren throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Rotten.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Soren tries to control Rotten's body but Rotten pushes him off. Soren squirms to his side and now Rotten has his back!
And that's the end of the fight!
Johnny Rotten comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Rotten winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
