Maldini drops Lekobe with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Lekobe looks back up at him and smiles so Maldini waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Kagiso Lekobe has been cut.
Lekobe has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Lekobe looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Lekobe circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Maldini. Lekobe falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Maldini!
