Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jørgen Kristiansen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Ringo!
The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Hugh Johnson and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice inside leg kick there by Ringo. That's going to slow Kristiansen down.

Kristiansen feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Ringo sprawling to the canvas! Ringo rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kristiansen finish him?!
Ringo scores with a sloppy right hand. Kristiansen should have avoided that one.
Kristiansen throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Ringo counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kristiansen's knee momentarily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kristiansen misses with a right hand
and Kristiansen takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A slapping leg kick lands for Kristiansen.
Ringo lands a glancing blow to the side of Kristiansen's head.
Kristiansen gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Ringo counters with a straight right hand.
Kristiansen waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ringo.
Ringo misses with a hook. Kristiansen ducked under it nicely.
An attempted straight right counter from Kristiansen misses the target.

Kristiansen gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kristiansen looks to land a left hand but Ringo moved out of range nicely.
Ringo looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Kristiansen throws a lazy uppercut
and Ringo counters with a low kick, right behind Kristiansen 's knee.
Kristiansen misses with an uppercut
and Ringo counters with a nice uppercut.
Kristiansen looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kristiansen staying out of range there.
Ringo throws a right hand that misses
and Kristiansen counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Ringo looks to land a right hand but Kristiansen moved out of range.
Kristiansen was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Kristiansen throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Kristiansen misses with a hook
and Ringo counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kristiansen's knee momentarily.
Nice defenses there by Ringo.
Kristiansen tries a head kick but it misses.
It seemed like Ringo was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Ringo misses the jab.
Kristiansen does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Ringo throws a hook but Kristiansen blocks it.
Kristiansen throwing a counter right hand but Ringo manages to avoid it.
Ringo lands the left hand.

Ringo connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Ringo looks to land a left hand but Kristiansen moved out of range nicely.
Ringo has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Ringo works over Kristiansen's head and body with a nice combination.
Kristiansen ducks under a wild hook from Ringo.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Kristiansen.

Kristiansen throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Ringo jabs Kristiansen right on the nose. Kristiansen blinks but takes it well.

Kristiansen is rocked!

Ringo drops Kristiansen with a naaaaasty hook - Kristiansen is in real trouble here! Ringo dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Johnny Ringo!
