Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gang ge (ranked 3741 p4p, 5493 weight class) and Bob Sapp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bob Sapp will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sapp drives through and clinches with ge against the cage.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sapp is defended easily by ge.
It looked like ge was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
No luck for ge with that takedown attempt.
Gang ge seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
ge shoots in looking for a takedown. Sapp tries to sprawl out of it but ge keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sapp manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That was a close round but I would say that Gang ge will probably get the nod.
