Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Higanti Libat (ranked 24397 p4p, 24743 weight class) and Way Nada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Higanti Libat could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Way Nada's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 20 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Higanti Libat! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 17 - 28 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Way Nada! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Nada shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Libat manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Nada controlling from the top position. Nada trying to control but Libat is working from the bottom. Libat pulls Nada in to control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nada trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Libat wants to hit a sweep here but Nada passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Libat there!
That's one minute gone in the round. Nada looking to control but Libat is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Libat wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Nada.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Nada avoids the attempt from Libat to control. Libat is wriggling around trying to escape.
Nada controlling from the full mount. Libat is trying desperately to improve position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Libat is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Nada controlling the position easily from mount. Nada landing shots from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Nada controlling from mount. Nada avoids the attempt from Libat to control. Nada controlling the position easily from mount. Libat wants to hold on but Nada pushes him away. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Way Nada dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Libat manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Nada on his heels. He'll look to pass Nada's guard now, I'm sure. Libat stays in close to Nada's body and controls the position. Nada looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Nada's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nada being controlled here, momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nada has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Libat controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Way Nada has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Libat seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Nada for as long as he can get away with.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Nada fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Libat attempts a counter takedown but Nada avoids it well and moves away. Nada looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Libat is fending him off so far but Nada persists. Nope, Libat circles away and we're back to standing. Libat misses with a takedown attempt - Nada sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Nada follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Libat shoots in for a takedown but Nada shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Nada shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Nada controlling the action here.

A close second round but Way Nada will probably get the nod - 10:9. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round! Nice sprawl there from Libat as Nada shoots in. Libat thinks about countering with a body kick. Nada is trying hard to land a takedown here. Libat sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. That's three minutes gone in the round. Nada tries to buck Libat off but Libat is having none of it. Nada struggling a bit here. Nada striking from the bottom but nothing landed.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Libat drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Higanti Libat has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Way Nada is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nada controlling Libat's posture. Libat controlling from the top position.
And that's the end of the fight! Higanti Libat showed his dominance in that final round. I think Nada has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
