Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adiarja Kusumo (ranked 3010 p4p, 4311 weight class) and Duncan Idaho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adiarja Kusumo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Duncan Idaho! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Idaho misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Idaho throws a head kick that misses and Kusumo counters with a nice double leg into guard. Kusumo passes Idaho's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Idaho is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kusumo pulls his head out easily. Kusumo lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Idaho is trying to control but Kusumo passes into side control!
Idaho wants to control but Kusumo postures up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Idaho manages to get back to half guard. Idaho actively working from the bottom here. Idaho has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Kusumo escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Kusumo! Kusumo working the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Idaho is trying to strike from the bottom but Kusumo has passed into full mount. Idaho is trying to escape the mount.
Idaho wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Kusumo controls the position. Idaho defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Kusumo's arms. Idaho is trying to break free.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Idaho wants to control his opponent's hands but Kusumo gets his hands free. Kusumo has the hooks in. Idaho is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Kusumo is not going to allow Idaho to sit and survive in this position. Idaho is in bad spot here.

Kusumo is breathing heavily. Idaho manages to reverse the position and now he's in Kusumo's guard. Nice work there by Idaho.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Idaho throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kusumo works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Kusumo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Idaho on the ground. Kusumo looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Kusumo keeping full guard, as Idaho tries to pass. Idaho wants to control from the top but Kusumo keeps moving. Kusumo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Idaho wants to control from the top but Kusumo keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Idaho is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Kusumo is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Kusumo has escaped and now he's on top!
Idaho pushes a forearm under Kusumo's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Kusumo is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
