The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Felipe Paraventi and Luis Engracia.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Matariki seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Wasselach for as long as he can get away with.

Wasselach seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Matariki does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Wasselach in particular looking to stall.

As we have tied on points and both fighters attempted the same number of subs, we will decide the bout based on the toss of a coin! Matariki is heads and Wasselach is tails.
