Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kobina Rahul (ranked 6319 p4p, 4433 weight class) and Gurney Halleck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rahul jumps guard and drags Halleck to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Halleck drops back looking for a leg! Rahul is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Rahul manages to kick Halleck off! Halleck jumps back into Rahul's guard.
Rahul knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Halleck on the ground.

Halleck drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Halleck seems to have locked his on tight now - Rahul screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Halleck, as he picks up the win!
