The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Chai.
Chai just misses with a punch to the body.
Sanchez has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Chai finds it's way round the side to connect with Sanchez's head.
Chai lands a leg kick that knocks Sanchez off balance momentarily.
Sanchez throws a right hand that Chai ducks under and follows up with a left that Chai also avoids with ease.
It seemed like Chai was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Luis Sanchez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chai just misses with a punch to the body.
Chai has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Sanchez is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Sanchez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Chai moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Chai scores with a jab to the body.
Chai connects with a leg kick.
Sloppy strikes from Sanchez. Those never looked like landing.
Good exchange - Chai coming out on top.
Sanchez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Sanchez misses with a double jab.
Chai looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Chai catches his opponent with a big hook that sends him to the canvas! Sanchez stumbles back to his feet but will the referee allow it to continue? Sanchez walks forwards and this one will be allowed to continue! Come on!

Sanchez lunges at Chai with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Chai's hand.

Sanchez takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
No joy there for Sanchez, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Chai fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sanchez looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Chai connects with a good right hand that stumbles Sanchez. Sanchez circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Oh Sanchez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Chai throws a shot to the body.
Sanchez walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!
