Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donnie Baker (ranked 2879 p4p, 6261 weight class) and Sammy Simmons (ranked 314 p4p, 499 weight class). Sammy Simmons struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 267.8lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simmons gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Simmons looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Baker wanted to stand there but Simmons had control of the position.

Baker keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Simmons's head.
That has opened up Sammy Simmons's cut even more.
