And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 0 losses; Panda One!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Doe tries for a takedown but One sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
One tries to score a power double leg takedown but Doe sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten One somewhat.

Doe shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches One napping and manages to drive through into side control!

One gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Doe wants to take a breather but One is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

One is defending against the submission attempts here by Doe.
The fighters are battling for position here. One manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Doe drops back looking for a leg! One is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and One manages to kick Doe off! Doe jumps back into One's guard.
Doe has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Doe seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Doe is fighting to break One's control of his arms but One is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Doe is sneakily working for an arm triangle but One sees it coming and defends easily.
One is trying to get back to full guard.

Doe seems to be looking for submissions.
One wants to control but Doe is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Doe is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. One doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Doe.
Doe takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Doe has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Doe tries to pass the half guard into mount. One knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Let's hope that One has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
