Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Craig Long Lang (ranked 23937 p4p, 23557 weight class) and Fortune Thibodeaux (ranked 507 p4p, 495 weight class). Lang has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Fortune Thibodeaux told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thibodeaux lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Craig Long Lang has been cut.

Thibodeaux closes the distance and clinches.
Thibodeaux creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Lang's defenses.
Thibodeaux lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Lang is breathing heavily.

Lang has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Thibodeaux after a bit of a struggle.

Lang tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Thibodeaux smiles and moves away.

Lang definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Thibodeaux lands with a light punch inside.
Lang struggles to land a body shot inside as Thibodeaux controls his hands.
Lang takes an elbow to the forehead.
Thibodeaux throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Langs head.
Thibodeaux lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Thibodeaux lands a damaging elbow.
Thibodeaux lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Lang backwards.
Clinched against the cage, Thibodeaux lands a big elbow that drops Lang! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - Lang is complaining that he's OK but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fortune Thibodeaux!
A very excited looking Fortune Thibodeaux made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
