Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Geoffrey King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stone comes into the arena with Metallica (Stone Cold Crazy) blaring out of the sound system. King is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: King of my Castle by Wamdue Project. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Summer Carpenter and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Stone.
King misses with a body kick.
Stone stuns King with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Stone misses with a two punch combination.
King slips under a jab.
Stone misses with a few strikes there.
Stone throws a lazy right hand but King sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Stone loads up on a big right hand but King slips the punch.
Stone throws a series of punches but King moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stone lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Stone.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Stone throws a right hand that King ducks under and follows up with a left that King also avoids with ease.
Stone throws an overhand right that lands on King's shoulder, as King tries to avoid the shot.
Stone misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Stone looks to land a left hand but King moved out of range nicely.

A slow jab from Stone misses its intended target.
King throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Stone.
King fakes the leg kick and cracks Stone in the body.
Stone is breathing heavily.
Stone uses good head movement to avoid the hook from King.

King throws out a loose jab but Stone uses good head movement to avoid it.
King moves out of range of the strikes.
King misses with a kick to the body.
Stone misses the shot to the body.
Stone is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
King moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
King thumps Stone with a low kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

King falls off balance throwing a combination
and Stone counters with a stiff right hand.
King scores with a jab to the head.
James Stone's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Stone rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but King moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
King lands a left and a right that sends Stone crashing to the canvas! King dives into mount looking to finish!
Stone is rocked!
Jeez, James Stone's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at James Stone's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
