The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burroughs looks to land a left hand but Longstocking moved out of range nicely.
Longstocking throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Burroughs changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
The fighters circle momentarily. Longstocking darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
A shot to the liver by Longstocking. Beautiful body shot.
Burroughs takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Burroughs takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like Travon Burroughs has been cut.
Longstocking dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Longstocking lands a left and a right that send Burroughs crashing to the mat, dazed. Longstocking thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Burroughs looks winded!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Burroughs fails with the takedown.
Longstocking connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
A swing and a miss from Longstocking.

Longstocking sends Burroughs crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Longstocking is motioning to the referee to let Burroughs up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Burroughs is rocked!
Longstocking flashes Burroughs a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Burroughs's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Burroughs crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Longstocking punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Pippin Longstocking!
A relieved looking Pippin Longstocking thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
