Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Frank Brandt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Signor Lupente!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lupente closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Brandt's guard.
Lupente stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Brandt swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Brandt isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Lupente stacks Brandt on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Lupente!
Lupente decides to stand up, so the ref orders Brandt to his feet.

Brandt closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Brandt throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lupente was covering up waiting for the punch and Brandt finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Brandt gets tackled into the cage by Lupente. Lupente maintains the clinch.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Brandt connects with a nice short shot to Lupente's temple.

The referee is taking a good look at Lupente as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Brandt!
