The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Smiff shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Stewart is trying to defend but Smiff finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stewart is trying to control but can't.
Smiff has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Stewart actively working from the bottom here.

Smiff is working away from the top position though. Stewart is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Smiff seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Stewart is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
