Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gregory Leighton (ranked 4093 p4p, 4629 weight class) and Timur Makhmudova (ranked 447 p4p, 477 weight class). Leighton comes to the cage accompanied by Bulls on Parade. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leighton moves in looking to clinch but Makhmudova pushes him off.
Makhmudova looks to land a combination but Leighton avoids it well.
Leighton takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Leighton misses with the combination.
Makhmudova throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Gregory Leighton has been cut.
Makhmudova closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Leighton lands a takedown into guard.

Leighton throws a strike but Makhmudova rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Leighton had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Makhmudova defends it easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Leighton looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Makhmudova is defending well. Leighton quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Makhmudova has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Leighton celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
