Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shaka Zullu (ranked 5974 p4p, 4497 weight class) and Raphael Loktus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Shaka Zullu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Raphael Loktus! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Sandra Marshall and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Loktus shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Zullu preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Loktus is taking a breather. Zullu says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Zullu is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Loktus jumps into side control! Zullu tries to buck Loktus off but Loktus is having none of it. Zullu could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Zullu takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Loktus goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Zullu has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Loktus but great work by Zullu. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Loktus can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zullu controlling the position from side mount. Loktus is looking to reverse the position. Loktus is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Zullu off and has taken his back! Will Loktus go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Zullu just trying to survive but Loktus is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. What can Zullu do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Loktus working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Zullu is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Loktus struggling to land strikes to the head as Zullu covers up. Zullu defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Loktus's arms. Zullu wants to control his opponent's hands but Loktus gets his hands free. Zullu definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zullu breaks Loktus's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Loktus wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Zullu missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Loktus is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Zullu defends well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Zullu avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Zullu slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Loktus looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Zullu content to stall in guard here. Zullu stands up and waves to Loktus to follow him. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Zullu darts in looking for a takedown but Loktus gets double underhooks and turns Zullu into the cage. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Raphael Loktus dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Zullu scores with a hook to the body. Loktus takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Zullu shoots in looking for a takedown. Loktus tries to sprawl out of it but Zullu keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Loktus manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Zullu shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Loktus as he jumps to the side. A good leg kick by Zullu. Loktus moves into range and clinches up with Zullu. Zullu is trying to push Loktus away but Loktus has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Loktus manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Zullu missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Loktus is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Zullu got a little sloppy there for a moment and Loktus has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Zullu has managed to get both his arms back between Loktus's legs - danger averted. Zullu might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Loktus seems keen to control Zullu's posture. Zullu trying to control but Loktus is working from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Loktus is defended easily by Zullu. A momentary lapse in concentration from Zullu enables Loktus to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Zullu manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Zullu wriggles free and stands up. Zullu scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Loktus shoots in and bounces Zullu off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. The fighters are working up against the cage. Zullu manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Loktus is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Loktus missing with knees to the body.
Zullu tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Loktus smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shaka Zullu. That's going to take a lot out of him. Loktus gets tackled into the cage by Zullu. Zullu maintains the clinch. Loktus prevents the takedown attempt.
Zullu lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Loktus gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Zullu kicks off Loktus and gets to his feet. Shaka Zullu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Loktus clinches up with Zullu and pushes him back against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Loktus works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Zullu has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Loktus can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Zullu throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Zullu wants to sweep but no luck. Zullu looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Loktus controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Zullu avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Shaka Zullu dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round! Loktus keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Zullu doesn't succeed with the takedown and Loktus counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Loktus. Loktus fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Loktus is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Zullu is defending well. Shaka Zullu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raphael Loktus. Zullu presses Loktus against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Zullu pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Loktus on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Zullu. Zullu obviously looking to wear him down.
The fight stays on the outside here - Zullu looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
That's one minute gone in the round. A head kick from Zullu lands but Loktus takes it in his stride. Zullu drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Zullu trying to control the action but Loktus is working from the bottom. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Loktus struggling a bit here. Loktus is working to avoid the ground and pound but Zullu connects with a decent elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Loktus is trying to work for a sweep but Zullu has mounted him! Loktus wants to control but Zullu is having none of it. Loktus keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Zullu wants to finish this one by submission but Loktus is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Zullu. Loktus is trying desperately to improve position. Shaka Zullu overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Zullu controlling from mount. Loktus wants to control but Zullu is having none of it. Loktus swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Loktus is looking to improve his position but Zullu isn't that keen on the idea. Zullu tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Zullu avoids the attempt from Loktus to control.
And that's the end of the fight! Shaka Zullu showed his dominance in that final round. I think Zullu has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Shaka Zullu! Shaka Zullu tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
