Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Meinrad Apfelbaum (ranked 3516 p4p, 5587 weight class) and Bas Rutten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rutten has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Bas Rutten will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutten takes a jab right on the kisser.
Apfelbaum could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Rutten with a lazy takedown attempt
and Rutten takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Rutten looks winded!
Rutten takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Apfelbaum lands a big right hand that sends Rutten crashing to the mat! Apfelbaum stays standing though and waves Rutten back to his feet!
Rutten is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Apfelbaum cracks a nice hook into Rutten's ribs.
Rutten is still on wobbly legs! Can Apfelbaum finish him?
Are you kidding me?! Apfelbaum ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Rutten clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
