The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Aaa.
Imatu tries to clinch up but Aaa circles away and keeps his distance.
Aaa with the counter takedown but Imatu avoids it easily.
Aaa looking to score a takedown here. Imatu is defending well but Aaa drives through and ends up in Imatu's guard.

Aaa works a leg free and moves into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Imatu tries to kick Aaa off but Aaa keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
