The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mirror drops Arellanes with a right and a left! Mirror comes rushing in but Arellanes regains his composure and manages to keep Mirror in guard.

It looks like Victor Arellanes has been cut.
Arellanes trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mirror stopping the sweep attempt from Arellanes.
Arellanes is working hard here to advance position.
Mirror won't allow Arellanes to get back to his feet.

Mirror stands and steps away. Arellanes gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mirror throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Arellanes stumbling backwards into the cage! Arellanes bounces back off the cage towards Mirror, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Mirror lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Mirror celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
