Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yawa Kiang (ranked 24766 p4p, 24679 weight class) and Way Nada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 20 - 27 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yawa Kiang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 19 - 28 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Way Nada! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Kiang fails with the takedown and Nada counters with a solid body kick. Kiang goes for a double leg but Nada avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Nada continues to drive forward. Nada is trying to counter with his kicks. Kiang stops a takedown attempt from Nada.
Kiang has hold of one of Nada's legs. Nada is fighting the takedown attempt but Kiang gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nada tries to land a sweep but no joy. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nada wants to control but Kiang passes easily into half guard.

Nada controlling the position well. Kiang looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kiang slows the pace down in half guard. Nada keeping control of the position. Nada is continuing to stall.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nada will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Kiang closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Nada quickly recovers to half guard. Kiang is thwarting Nada's attempts to control the position. Kiang stops Nada from getting back to his feet.
Kiang is taking a breather. Nada says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kiang seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Nada for as long as he can get away with. Nada wants to get back to full guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nada is looking to control Kiang's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Nada avoid being mounted?
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Yawa Kiang dominated that round. That's time! Kiang's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Nada shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kiang is trying to defend but Nada finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Kiang has his hands clasped together around Nada's back. He's all about the action. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nada sitting and controlling from the half guard. Kiang is trying to control but Nada passes into side control!
Nada trying to control the action but Kiang is working from the bottom. Kiang is trying to get back to half guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kiang dodges the ground and pound from Nada. Nada wants to control but Kiang is keeping him busy.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Nada stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Nada wants it to stay on the feet. Nada scores with a takedown into Kiang's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nada showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Nada's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Kiang has Nada pulled in close to control his posture.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Nada is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Way Nada showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nada. Kiang throws a quick counter kick to the body but Nada avoids it. Nada has his takedown stuffed and Kiang counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nada tries for a takedown but Kiang sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Yawa Kiang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Way Nada. Nada has his takedown stuffed and Kiang counters with a one-two to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kiang with a lazy takedown attempt and Nada counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Nice sprawl there from Nada as Kiang shoots in. Nada is trying to counter with his kicks. Nada shoots in looking for a takedown. Kiang tries to sprawl out of it but Nada keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kiang manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kiang with a poor takedown and Nada counters with a good, hard body kick but Kiang shrugs it off. Nada shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kiang defends it nicely. Kiang thinks about countering with a body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nada has a takedown stuffed. And Kiang counters with a quick kick to the body but Nada blocks it. Nada closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Nada lands in his opponent's guard. Nada is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kiang is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Nada sitting in guard, not really doing much. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that's the end of the fight! Yawa Kiang showed his dominance in that final round. I think Kiang has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
