Okoye trying to control the position.
Okoye has his foot on Bandicoot's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bandicoot works his way back into a safe position though.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Bandicoot drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Okoye manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bandicoot has Okoye in his guard. Score +2 for sweep to guard / half guard: Okoye (2) vs (2) Bandicoot
Bandicoot had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Okoye defends it easily.
Bandicoot is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Okoye defends well.
Bandicoot has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Okoye can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bandicoot manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Okoye manages to get himself to full guard.

Bandicoot got a little sloppy there for a moment and Okoye has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bandicoot has managed to get both his arms back between Okoye's legs - danger averted.
Okoye has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Bandicoot doesn't defend quickly enough and Okoye has managed to lock this one up! Can Bandicoot escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Okoye on a fantastic submission victory.
