Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Zambosurian Inday (ranked 6450 p4p, 23923 weight class) and Mmm Mmm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Mmm Mmm enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 49 - 36 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zambosurian Inday!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 68 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mmm Mmm!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Inday feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Mmm pulls Inday in close to his closed guard and prevents Inday from doing any damage or advancing position.
Inday is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Mmm is trying to keep Inday in close.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Inday looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Inday shoots in for a takedown but Mmm shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Mmm throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Inday tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mmm is in Inday's guard.

Mmm shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Mmm was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Inday is defended easily by Mmm.
Mmm tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Mmm tries to sprawl but Inday drives through with a takedown into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Still in half guard, Inday seems content to control.
Mmm is trying to maintain the position but Inday is very close to passing his half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Mmm goes for a double leg but Inday avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Inday continues to drive forward.
Inday is looking to counter with a body kick.

Inday shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Inday was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Inday is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Mmm will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

and Mmm finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Inday throws a wild body kick that Mmm sees coming a mile off.
Mmm steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.

Inday closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Mmm is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Inday off and has taken his back!
Mmm trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Mmm is not going to allow Inday to sit and survive in this position.
Inday has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Mmm.

Mmm struggling to keep hold of the position.
Mmm might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Inday haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Even with his hooks in, Mmm manages to miss with strikes from the back.

Mmm doesn't have the hooks in and Inday manages to turn into his guard.
Mmm not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Mmm is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Zambosurian Inday overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Mmm is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Mmm is continuing to stall.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mmm wants to sweep here but Inday controlling him for the moment.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Zambosurian Inday is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Mmm looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Zambosurian Inday.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Inday, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
