Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Curtis Tate Iii (ranked 23854 p4p, 11216 weight class) and Sota Sankari (ranked 264 p4p, 256 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 42 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Curtis Tate Iii!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 42 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sota Sankari!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sankari closes the distance but Tate Iii moves to the side
and Tate Iii counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Sota Sankari has been cut.
Sankari looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Tate Iii throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sankari stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Tate Iii getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Tate Iii scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Sankari doesn't seem bothered though.
Tate Iii definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Tate Iii lands with a right, followed by a left to the temple and Sankari goes down! The ref sends Tate Iii to a neutral corner so he can begin the count. 3,4,5,6 and Sankari is back to his feet. He seems a little groggy but the referee thinks he's OK to continue, so we're back to the action!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tate Iii wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Tate Iii lands with a nice body punch.
Tate Iii lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Sankari out cold! Sankari is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the ropes! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
