The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, David Hoff and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kagawa looks to land a combination but Notorious avoids it well.

Kagawa unleashes a big counter combination but Notorious bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Notorious fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kagawa sprawls well initially but Notorious persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Notorious tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Notorious has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Kagawa wants to sweep here but Notorious controlling him for the moment.
Kagawa working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Notorious doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Kagawa is tightening it up a little... Notorious has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Notorious reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Notorious taps out! Nice BJJ there by Kagawa!
