Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Izi Ruvik (ranked 5654 p4p, 5280 weight class) and Mikkel Kaiser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mikkel Kaiser looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Izi Ruvik!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mikkel Kaiser!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Sandra Marshall and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaiser throws a head kick but Ruvik moves out of range.

Ruvik closes the distance and pushes Kaiser back into the cage.

Ruvik breaks the clinch.
Kaiser rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ruvik moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ruvik avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ruvik swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Sloppy strikes from Kaiser. Those never looked like landing.
Kaiser looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ruvik throws a head kick that Kaiser semi-blocks.

Kaiser is trying to pull guard but Ruvik turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Ruvik ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Ruvik no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Ruvik has control of Kaiser's left arm, preventing Kaiser from doing any damage.

Ruvik shoots in looking for a takedown. Kaiser tries to sprawl out of it but Ruvik keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kaiser manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A head kick from Ruvik lands but Kaiser takes it in his stride.

Ruvik wants the takedown. Kaiser is fighting it off but Ruvik persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Kaiser's guard against the cage.

Kaiser lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ruvik circles away quickly and effectively.
It looked like Ruvik was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Ruvik moves into the clinch.
Kaiser blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Ruvik tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Kaiser jumps guard but Ruvik turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Ruvik misses with a hook to the ribs.

Kaiser jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ruvik walks away with a smile on his face. Kaiser gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
