Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Robert Johnson !
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Sandra Marshall and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Danny sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Johnson somewhat.
Danny gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Johnson moves into the clinch.
Danny is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Johnson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Danny pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Johnson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Danny fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Iso Danny has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robert Johnson .

Danny throws his legs up looking for a submission but Johnson uses it to pass to side control.
The referee asks Johnson politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Johnson prefers to stall for the moment though.
Johnson goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Danny has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Johnson but great work by Danny.

Johnson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Danny sprawls well. Danny wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Danny scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Danny drops Johnson with a naaaaasty hook - Johnson is in real trouble here! Danny dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
