Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lukasz Patryk (ranked 3339 p4p, 3855 weight class) and Mawashi Geri (ranked 387 p4p, 434 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lukasz Patryk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mawashi Geri!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Tarja Halkonen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patryk instigates a clinch.
Patryk is trying to pull guard but Geri turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Patryk is trying to push Geri away but Geri has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Patryk drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Geri gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Geri blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Geri breaks from the clinch.
Geri moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Lukasz Patryk has been cut.
Patryk fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lukasz Patryk. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Patryk closes the distance and clinches.
Geri's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Patryk fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Geri avoids it really well and circles away.
Patryk takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Patryk tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Geri manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Patryk avoids a punch combination nicely.
Patryk feinted with a counter takedown.
Patryk scores with a takedown into Geri's guard.
Geri has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Patryk is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Geri breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Geri lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Geri has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A punch lands to the side of Geri 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Patryk shoots in and bounces Geri off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Geri is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Patryk misses with a hook from the clinch.
Geri breaks from the clinch.
Patryk goes for a double leg but Geri avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Geri continues to drive forward.
Patryk moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromGeri.

Geri gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Patryk.
Patryk is trying to drag Geri to the mat but Geri just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Geri's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Geri looks to land a right hand but Patryk moved out of range.
Geri keeps the fight on the outside.

Patryk takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
A big right from Patryk misses.
Patryk throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Geri counters with a two punch combo.
Lukasz Patryk's cut is getting worse.

Geri misses with a hook to the body
and Patryk counters with a one-two to the body.
A head kick misses from Geri.
Mawashi Geri is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Patryk tries to close the distance and clinch but Geri swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Patryk changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Geri tries to avoid it but Patryk manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Geri to the ground. Geri escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Patryk is looking to clinch but Geri is avoiding it.
Patryk is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Geri keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Geri stuffs the takedown.
No luck for Patryk with that takedown attempt.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Mawashi Geri dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Lukasz Patryk's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Geri misses with a series of wild punches.
Patryk moves to clinch but Geri breaks away
and Geri counters with a series of strikes. Patryk will be more careful next time no doubt.
Geri throws a right and a left that Patryk avoids nicely.

Geri connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Patryk's hands.
Patryk is rocked!
Geri has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Patryk drops his hands momentarily and Geri needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Patryk just on the top of the head. Patryk drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Patryk - he's done!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Mawashi Geri!
Jumping up and down and very excited, Mawashi Geri waved his t-shirt featuring Furnace Performance 🔥's logo in front of the cameras.
Lukasz Patryk was interviewed post fight and said 'I will never give up! '.
