Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Takashi Minoko (ranked 25041 p4p, 4305 weight class) and Testi McTesty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takashi Minoko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Testi McTesty!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minoko gets a double leg takedown into McTesty's guard.
Minoko pushes down on McTesty's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McTesty trying to hold on to Minoko's head to control him but Minoko postures up.
Minoko working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Minoko slips a nice elbow through McTesty's hands, connecting with McTesty's forehead.
Minoko content to control rather than advance.
Minoko drops an elbow to the side of McTesty's head.
McTesty trying to control from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McTesty has hold of Minoko's hands but Minoko slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Ground and pound from Minoko.
McTesty is looking for a sweep. Minoko is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Minoko moves into full mount! McTesty won't be happy about that!
Minoko prevents McTesty from getting the reversal.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Minoko with a couple of short strikes.
Minoko looking to control and managing it successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Minoko lands a nice shot to the head.
McTesty tries to lock up and control but Minoko gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Minoko unloads with some vicious shots from mount and McTesty wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Minoko celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Takashi Minoko!
