Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good shot there by Frank.
Davis fails with an attempt to clinch.
Davis tries to close the distance and clinch up but Frank swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Davis takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Davis looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Davis clinches up with Frank and pushes him back against the cage.
Frank is trying to force a seperation but Davis has the dominant position.
Frank wants to break free but Davis has control.
Frank fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Davis with a knee to the head.

It looks like Girthy Frank has been cut.
Davis scores with a knee to the head.
Frank trying to stall but Davis improves his position.
Davis scores with a shoulder strike.
Frank tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Davis blocking some punches.

Frank stalling in the clinch but Davis improves position.
Davis scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Davis lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Frank backwards.
Davis lands with a left to the head.
A nice left hand lands by Davis.
Davis tries a knee to the head but Frank blocks it.
Frank on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Davis lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Davis misses with a knee to the head.
Frank scores with a shoulder strike.
Davis tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Frank escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Davis throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Frank blocks it with crossed arms.
Frank is stalling here.
Frank tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Davis lands with a left to the head.

Frank is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Davis with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Davis tries a knee to the head but Frank blocks it.
Frank tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Davis's elbow.
Davis throws a knee to the head but misses.
Davis pushes Frank back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Frank manages to break the clinch.
Davis looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Frank tests Davis's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Davis is rocked!
Davis walks straight into a right hand from Frank - that's dropped him! Frank jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Davis from any more punishment! Davis complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

In his post fight interview, Girthy Frank started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
