Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sophus Antias (ranked 6395 p4p, 24189 weight class) and Gwalchmei Wynne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Antias kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Bro hymn. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wynne tests Antias's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Wynne's coach down at ubergym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Wynne's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Antias misses with a body punch
and Wynne counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Sophus Antias has been cut.
Wynne cracks Antias with a right hand to the side of the head.
Antias takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Wynne thuds a left hand into Antias's body.
Antias tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Wynne counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Wynne connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Antias momentarily.
Wynne fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Antias looks to score with a jab to the body but Wynne is just out of range.
Wynne cracks Antias with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Antias tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wynne was well out of range. Poor timing from Antias.

Wynne gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Antias trying to control the position from guard on top but Wynne is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Antias stops Wynne from standing up.

Wynne is trying to control the position but Antias postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wynne is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Wynne will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Wynne tries to land a sweep but no joy.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Wynne misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Antias.
Gwalchmei Wynne is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Antias takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Wynne has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Antias is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Wynne bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Sophus Antias's cut is getting worse.
Wynne lands with an uppercut that bounces Antias off the cage and back into range.
Wynne dips to his left and cracks Antias with an uppercut!
Sophus Antias seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Wynne counters with a series of strikes. Antias will be more careful next time no doubt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Antias has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Antias there as he acknowledges the shot.

Sophus Antias's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Antias seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
