Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Max Dufort (ranked 4342 p4p, 4779 weight class) and Mohamed Ait Ibrahim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ait Ibrahim has chosen L'Étoile d'Afrique as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mohamed Ait Ibrahim!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ait Ibrahim fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
It looked like Dufort wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Ait Ibrahim shoots in for a takedown but Dufort shows good takedown defense.
Dufort is looking to counter punch.
Ait Ibrahim darts in and clinches Dufort up against the cage.
Ait Ibrahim jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dufort walks away with a smile on his face. Ait Ibrahim gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Max Dufort has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mohamed Ait Ibrahim.
Dufort jabs at Ait Ibrahim's body.
Dufort scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Ait Ibrahim throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Dufort's waist but Dufort gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ait Ibrahim off to one side.
Dufort is looking to counter punch.

and Dufort counters with a nice uppercut.
Ait Ibrahim shoots for a takedown but Dufort saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
An attempted straight right counter from Dufort misses the target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Dufort cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Dufort cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

letting Dufort counter with a right hand.
Dufort throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Ait Ibrahim on the side of the head.

and Dufort counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Dufort lands with a nice combination. Ait Ibrahim backs away looking to recover.

Dufort was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Ait Ibrahim misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Ait Ibrahim takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Dufort fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dufort scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Ait Ibrahim is still on wobbly legs! Can Dufort finish him?
and Dufort counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Ait Ibrahim! He's just covering up as Dufort starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
