Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Knox!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Al Fry!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knox doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Knox definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Fry throws out a loose jab but Knox uses good head movement to avoid it.

Knox went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Knox throws a nice looking combination but Fry bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Knox tries to bum rush Fry with a series of wild strikes but Fry uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fry looks to land a left hand but Knox moved out of range nicely.
It looked like Knox was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Fry.

John Knox is winning the standup battle so far.

Al Fry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Knox moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Al Fry has been cut.

Knox lands a left and a right that send Fry crashing to the mat, dazed. Knox thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Fry is rocked!
Knox catches Fry with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Fry forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). John Knox!
John Knox decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
