And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Las Vegas!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Winston Alpacca and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vegas is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Drachmann's half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Vegas working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Vegas is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Drachmann can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Let's hope that Vegas has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

A big strike lands for Vegas! That's really hurt Drachmann and he's turned his back - Vegas keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Vegas jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Las Vegas!
A relieved looking Las Vegas thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
