Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Soto (ranked 5375 p4p, 5301 weight class) and Eddie Young (ranked 266 p4p, 263 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rafael Soto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Eddie Young! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Soto shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Young sprawls well. Young wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Soto gets slowly back to his feet. Young throws out a powerful jab. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Soto is defended easily by Young. Soto fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Despite the aggression on Young's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rafael Soto. That's going to take a lot out of him. Young tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Soto was well out of range. Poor timing from Young. Young leaves Soto with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Young scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Young's jab looks to have found its range, popping Soto under the eye. Soto tries to score a power double leg takedown but Young sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Soto somewhat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Young connects with a nice looking jab.
Young scores with the left hand. Soto knows he should have avoided that one. Young uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Soto has time to react. Young misses with a leg kick and Soto cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Soto shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Young but Young pushes him off and we're back to square one. Soto dodges the punch combination from Young.
Soto shoots in and drives through. Young sprawls well. Soto shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Young as he jumps to the side. Eddie Young seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Young lands a right hook to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Soto walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Soto walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Young swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Soto. Soto looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Young is fending him off so far but Soto persists. Nope, Young circles away and we're back to standing. Young connects with a looping right hand.
Soto is rocked! Soto ducks into an uppercut from Young and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
