The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Michaels misses with a takedown attempt - Klahan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Jace Michaels seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Klahan has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Michaels to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Klahan is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Michaels pulls down on the head and he's put Klahan to sleep! This one is all over!
