Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Frank Miller (ranked 4190 p4p, 24369 weight class) and Jerry Brooks (ranked 494 p4p, 646 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Frank Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jerry Brooks!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Paul Gruel and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brooks punishes Miller's body with a nice straight punch.
Miller scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Brooks uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Miller.
Brooks waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Miller.
Brooks fails with a takedown attempt.
A looping hook to the body misses from Brooks. Miller does a little dance to reset his feet.
Brooks throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brooks throws a left and a right that both miss
and Miller counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Miller misses with a lunging right hand
and Miller takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Miller displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Brooks throws out the jab.
Miller lands a really nice looking cross but Brooks seems unphased.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice straight punches there by Miller. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Miller.
Brooks takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Miller lands a nice shot to the body.
Miller misses with a telegraphed body shot
letting Brooks counter with a right hand.
The fighters circle momentarily. Miller darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Brooks is rocked!
Miller fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Brooks square on the jaw! Damn, Brooks is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Frank Miller!
