Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kugus Amiga (ranked 24329 p4p, 24333 weight class) and Clifford Val Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 27 - 20 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kugus Amiga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 12 - 37 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Clifford Val Salvacion! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Salvacion shoots in looking for a takedown. Amiga tries to sprawl out of it but Salvacion keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Amiga manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Amiga throws a quick counter kick to the body but Salvacion avoids it. Salvacion stuffs the takedown. Salvacion counters with a body kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga shoots and misses and Salvacion counters with a flying knee. Nice. Amiga shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Salvacion as he avoids it easily. Salvacion is trying to counter with his kicks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kugus Amiga. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga shoots in and drives through. Salvacion sprawls well. Salvacion counters with a body kick. No luck for Amiga with that takedown attempt. Salvacion thinks about the counter body kick. Amiga drives through with a takedown into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Salvacion managing to control the position. Amiga stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Salvacion swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion pulls Amiga in close to his closed guard and prevents Amiga from doing any damage or advancing position. Amiga is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Salvacion looking to control.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Salvacion darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Amiga trying to control but Salvacion postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Clifford Val Salvacion dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Salvacion fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Amiga thinks about countering with a body kick. Amiga is trying hard to land a takedown here. Salvacion sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Salvacion appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Amiga tries to score a power double leg takedown but Salvacion sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Amiga somewhat.
That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion with a lazy takedown attempt and Amiga counters with a nice body kick.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Amiga shoots in looking for a takedown. Salvacion tries to sprawl out of it but Amiga keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. That's two minutes gone in the round. Salvacion stays in close to Amiga's body and controls the position. Salvacion has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Salvacion stops Amiga from standing up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga is controlling Salvacion's posture. Amiga can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Salvacion controls the pace. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Amiga drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Kugus Amiga will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Salvacion shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Amiga napping and manages to drive through into side control! Salvacion controlling from side mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Amiga can't do much from the bottom here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion wants to control but Amiga is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga holds on to Salvacion's head and controls the position momentarily. Amiga struggling a bit here. Amiga is trying to escape the position but Salvacion is controlling the position. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. You can see the frustration on Amiga's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. No luck for Amiga with that takedown attempt. Salvacion tries a quick counter leg kick but Amiga is wise to it. Salvacion leaves Amiga with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Salvacion steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Amiga decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Salvacion is trying to control but can't.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Salvacion is doing well to control the position and prevent Amiga from advancing to side control. Amiga not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Salvacion is trying is best to control the position here. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Amiga sitting and controlling from the half guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Salvacion shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Amiga's guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Clifford Val Salvacion comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Salvacion has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
