Gomes throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gomes throws a series of punches but Valuev avoids them all with ease.
Nice takedown defense from Gomes. No joy for Valuev on that attempt.
Gomes lands with a big right hook that stumbles Valuev - he's out on his feet here! Gomes follows up with another monster hook that separates Valuev from consciousness! Valuev falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Gomes stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
