Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Richard Glass!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kofi Kwamina!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Vladimir Khabensky and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glass throws out a loose jab but Kwamina uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kwamina dives in and grabs Glass's left leg, looking for a takedown. Glass pushes down on Kwamina's head and hops out.
Kwamina doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Glass counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Kofi Kwamina has been cut.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kwamina looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kwamina throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Glass counter with a right hand.
Glass blocks a head kick by Kwamina.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kwamina doesn't manage to clinch there - Glass circles away.
Glass swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Kwamina listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kwamina.

Kwamina explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

No joy there for Kwamina, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kwamina throws a combination that misses
and Glass counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Kwamina looks winded!
Kwamina uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Glass.
Kwamina throws a solid leg kick but Glass takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kwamina.
Glass keeps the fight on the outside.
A quick step to the side and Glass tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
A head kick misses from Kwamina.
Glass was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Glass keeps the fight on the outside.
An attempted straight right counter from Glass misses the target.
Kwamina misses with a wild combination.
Glass swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Glass rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Kwamina to counter with a crisp jab.

Glass throws a half hearted mid kick.
Kwamina feints the counter takedown.
Glass smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Kwamina on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Glass throws a body shot but no joy.
Kwamina changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Glass tries to avoid it but Kwamina manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Glass to the ground. Glass escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Glass thinks about countering with a head kick.
Richard Glass is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Glass ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Glass thuds a left hand into Kwamina's body.
Glass slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Glass fails to land the takedown.
Glass tries to land a front kick but Kwamina steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Glass is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.

Glass cracks a nice hook into Kwamina's ribs.
Glass lands with a good body shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Glass tries a head kick but it misses.
Glass swings for the body but Kwamina moves out of range.
As Glass backs off Kwamina throws a huge counter combo but Glass manages to avoid it all.

Glass cracks Kwamina with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Glass has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kwamina to stand back up!

Kwamina is rocked!
Kwamina tries to clinch
and Glass counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Richard Glass!
