Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Izi Ruvik (ranked 6421 p4p, 5480 weight class) and Boxing Trainer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Izi Ruvik has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Izi Ruvik seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trainer takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Ruvik is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Trainer doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Ruvik tries to close the distance and clinch but Trainer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ruvik shoots for a takedown but Trainer saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Ruvik takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Ruvik connects with a high kick.

It looks like Boxing Trainer has been cut.
Boxing Trainer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Trainer lands with a hook. Ruvik tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Trainer's coach down at Elite Boxing Club was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Trainer's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Ruvik goes for a double leg but Trainer avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Trainer continues to drive forward.
